Dr. Manali Patil is currently associated with PTVA’s Institute of Management as an Assistant Professor – HR for the past 7 years. She has an overall experience of 11 plus years which consists of 3 plus years of industry engagement and 8 years of academics. She has published research papers in high repute journals. She is also working as a Placement Co-ordinator for the past 6 years.

Received Prof. Indira Parikh 50 Women in Education Leaders Award for valuable contribution towards Academics, Research and Placements, Conducted a session on ‘Compensation & Benefits’ for Non- HR professionals in the HR for Non-HR workshop.
