The “Amrit Kalash Yatra – Meri Maati Mera Desh” event on August 28, 2023, celebrated India’s land, history, and national heroes to instill national pride. Dr. Tejashree Deshmukh, PTVAIM’s Director, began the event by pouring earth into an Amritkalash. Students from different regions added soil from their homes, symbolizing cultural unity. The collected soil was used to plant saplings named after martyrs, honoring their sacrifices. A human chain passed the Amritkalash, representing unity and commitment to India’s heritage. The event fostered unity, pride, and respect for India’s soil and history among students.
